The snow bank is located in the front parking lot of the Monson Post Office. You can’t miss it, the one with the giant yardstick measuring its height.
Here’s how it works: Place your bet on the day you think the snowbank will disappear.
Each guess is $20.00 ( which gives an automatic membership to the Monson Arts Council). Last day to enter is March 20.
Whoever picks the closest day to the final melt wins the prize. Watch the snowbank and see if your prediction comes true. Follow updates and watch for the meltdown on our Facebook Page.

The Monson Arts Council is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is “To discover, promote and sustain an appreciation of and an involvement in art and culture in Monson.” It is run by a volunteer Board of Directors who serve three year terms, and who each year elect a slate of officers for the coming year.
