Since its beginnings in 1979, The Monson Arts Council (MAC) offered a wide variety of experiences in Community Theatre. Our first production, “A Feather in Her Cap” by Monson author Phyllis Hull, entertained hundreds and started a tradition that last for many years. For over 35 years one to two shows were produced annually.
We are always looking for volunteers to help out with almost anything. If you have no experience or some, come join us for things like, play reading, planning, fund raising, performing, set building and so much more!

The Monson Arts Council is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is “To discover, promote and sustain an appreciation of and an involvement in art and culture in Monson.” It is run by a volunteer Board of Directors who serve three year terms, and who each year elect a slate of officers for the coming year.
