Crafter Information

Would you like to participate in our Craft Fair?

It is important for you to know that the thing that separates us from many other craft fairs is that we have a requirement that all items being sold by a crafter be hand crafted by the crafter.

​During the year applications for the upcoming show can be submitted. Applications will be reviewed in the August/September timeframe once we know how many open booths we have.

​Your application will be reviewed based on three criteria and you will be notified if you are accepted.

  • Is the product hand crafted?
  • Is the product of high quality?
  • Do we have many other crafters selling a similar product?

Set-up day is Friday November 24th, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Booth spaces in three of the buildings are available with a standard depth of 6 feet and with different widths. The minimum width is 6 feet. The 4th building has booth sizes based on a half a room or a full room, some of which are located on the second floor. If you must have a 1st floor space, please indicate that on this form. The cost of the booth space is based on $15.00 per foot.

A 6 by 6 booth would cost $90.00               A half room would cost $120.00
A 8 by 6 booth would cost $120.00             A full room could cost up to $180.00*
A 10 by 6 booth would cost $150.00                 *Determined by size

You must allow at least one foot of width to access your booth. Thus, if you utilize a six foot long table across the width of your booth, you would need at least a 7 foot wide booth.

You are required to have your booth open both days of our fair.
