Participants should be familiar with watercolor painting and are required to bring supplies of their own, including paints, pallet, brushes and paper.

$20.00 for MAC memberships

Meet the Instructor
Joe Burger of Broad Brook CT began his artistic journey shortly after retiring from a Mechanical Engineering career in 2009
Joe belongs to several art groups, has won numerous awards for his work, and loves the challenge of commissioned paintings. His work is usually in a traditional, realistic style. He currently serves as an instructor in watercolor at the Windsor Locks Senior Center and Arts Center East in Vernon CT.

The Monson Arts Council is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is “To discover, promote and sustain an appreciation of and an involvement in art and culture in Monson.” It is run by a volunteer Board of Directors who serve three year terms, and who each year elect a slate of officers for the coming year.
